- To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition upon receipt, undamaged or unused, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Exceptional/non returnable items:We do not offer refunds for customized plastic cups. If you have any questions or concerns about specific products, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items
- exchange:The quickest way to ensure obtaining the desired item is to return the item you own, and then purchase a new item separately after the return is accepted.
- refund:We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
